Born from a fleeting moment when peat was accidentally introduced to Tomatin’s whisky, Cù Bòcan has since developed into a series of inventive, small-batch releases that explore unusual cask finishes and unexpected flavour journeys. Always produced in limited runs, each bottling invites whisky lovers to embrace discovery and the unknown.
Finished in Caribbean rum casks from Barbados and Guyana, this single malt combines the character of the Highlands with vibrant tropical sweetness. Expect grilled pineapple, ginger spice, and indulgent milk chocolate notes, wrapped in a smooth yet lively texture. Bottled at 46%, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, it delivers both authenticity and character. A dram for adventurous palates seeking quality and originality.
