27 first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels from Clermont Springs distillery in Kentucky form the basis of this latest Summer Batch Release Daftmill. The whisky is distilled from publican barley grown in a 43ac field by John and Sandy, harvested in August 2009, and malted in 2010. Put through the stills on the farm in Summer 2011, it was bottled September 2023.
