Named 'The Castle', this beauitful Highland Single Malt is comprised of 3 ex-bourbon casks yielding 1234 bottles in total. Aromas of crunchy green apple, pear drops, lemon meringue and a marzipan nuttiness, the palate is creamy initially with a zingy citrus and a lovely spicy finish.
