The flagship of the Somerset Cider Brandy range, this 10-Year-Old expression delivers a decade’s worth of slow maturation and orchard character. Rich, smooth, and deeply complex, it’s a brandy to rival fine Cognac or Armagnac, crafted entirely from apples grown on the family’s Burrow Hill estate.

Layered with flavours of baked apple, vanilla, walnut, and subtle spice, it’s the ultimate English digestif. Best enjoyed neat in a balloon glass or alongside dark chocolate, fine cheese, or festive puddings. This is Somerset craftsmanship distilled into liquid gold.

Production:

Distilled from Somerset cider made on the estate and matured for a full decade in a mix of small oak casks, the spirit gradually absorbs depth and complexity. The long ageing process enhances its richness, adding nuances of coffee, dried fruits, and warm spice while preserving the orchard-fresh apple core that defines the house style.

Pairing Suggestions:

Perfect with Christmas pudding, rich blue cheese, or a dark chocolate tart.
