Bushmills 10 year old single malt whiskey is triple distilled from 100% malted barley and matured for at least 10 years in sherry and bourbon seasoned barrels, which give it honey, vanilla and milk chocolate flavours and is best served neat or over ice. 

Tasting Note from the Distillery:

Colour:  Amber gold

Nose:  Fresh and zesty. Honey, ripe fruit, vanilla and milk chocolate

Taste:  Soft vanilla, milk chocolate, malted barley and apple tart

Finish:  Crisp, clean and gently drying

About the distillery

Named for the river Bush on whose banks the distillery sits, Bushmills is the world's oldest licensed distillery. Indeed, so historic is Bushmills that its license was granted by James I (VI of Scotland) in 1608. Needless to say, this is a very traditional malt distillery, using predominantly malted barley, distilled, matured and bottled on site for over 400 years.
