About the distillery

Based out of historic Fort Cumberland in Hampshire, the award-winning Portsmouth Distillery produces an array of fantastic rums and gins, infused with botanicals grown on the forts battery tops.

Portsmouth Distillery are also the only English Rum producer currently making Rum from de-hydrated sugar cane as opposed to imported mollasses, giving their rums a more delicate, aromatic and fruity style.
