This fantastic new release to the UK market captures the distillery's ethos perfectly. Made with a blend of 70% Corn, 15% Wheat, and 15% Toasted Barley Malt all grown on the chief distiller's farm, the Bourbon is aged for 5 years before 'Bottling in Bond' at 110 proof.
