Conservation work on a Yorkshire farm resulted in an excess yield of sloes and other hedgerow fruits that thankfully in turn lead to this delicious Sloe Gin. This beautiful example has rich dark fruits, with cherry and gentle almond flashes, a jammy, velvety palate and a hearty, warming finish. Utterly pleasant without being cloyingly sweet, if you're feeling extra boujee you can add a drop to you Champagne/Cava/Prosecco for a gorgeous Sloe Royale.
