This is a fruity, nutty French single malt from Veuve Goudoulin, long-known for its Armagnacs, that has been matured in its own ex-Armagnac casks. Aromas of figs, almonds, dates and caramel fill the nose, complemented by notes of poached pears, vanilla caramel, oak spice, toffee, leather and almond throughout the palate.
