This is the youngest aged whisky from the Port Askaig range. This eight year old Islay single malt, from an undisclosed distillery, has been matured in American oak barrels and bottled at 45.8%. The result is a sweet and smokey dram, with notes of honey, liquorice and preserved lemons. Another interesting and well-priced bottling from Port Askaig.
