This whisky is mostly a 10-year-old single estate malt matured in 1st-fill bourbon barrels, melding notes of orchard at harvest, crisp pears and sweet apples, along with baked tarte tatin and rich vanilla custard, followed by bright sweetness.
Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
A fantastic blend, punching well above it's weight.
