A Highland Single Grain Whisky distilled in November 1987 and bottled in 2018.  Only 250 bottles were drawn from the cask, an American Oak ex-Bourbon Barrel #88796.  The delicate character of grain whisky has been preserved in the final whisky which offers fluffy marshmallow sweetness, yellow fruits, floral almond and desiccated coconut flavours.

About the distillery

Invergordon Distillery is based on the Cromarty Firth, a few miles to the north of Inverness, and produces quality grain whisky predominantly destined for the blending market. Opened in 1960, Invergordon Distillers Ltd. grew to become an influential company in whisky production during the 70s and 80s, owning distilleries such as Isle of Jura and GlenAllachie.
