The Sherry Cask Release offers a complex and richly layered whisky experience. It combines spirit matured in 21 Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry butts with Ardnamurchan’s signature coastal peat smoke.
Tasting Note: Aromas of Murray mint, salted peanut ice cream, and teriyaki beef jerky, reminiscent of a beach bonfire. Flavours of tarry rope, smoky bacon, sticky spare ribs, and red plum create a savoury, sweet profile. A lasting impression of sea salt, crashing waves, and a smoky fireplace.
