The Botanist Gin - The Botanist is a gin of layered complexity, a progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of the isle of Islay. 22 hand-foraged local botanicals delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during an achingly slow distillation. The first Islay dry gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of the remote Scottish Island of Islay.
Haute Glace - At the heart of the French Alps, between the cliffs of the Vercors and the peaks of the Ecrins sits Trièves, and the path that Frédéric Revol has been walking since 2009. A path that is shaped by time, rooted in the land and on which you will find the oldest organic whisky distillery in the world.At the origin of Domaine des Hautes Glaces, there is the intention of a man who wishes to reconcile nature and culture, an agricultural engineer specializing in the management of living organisms, who sets out to create whisky of excellence that promotes soil fertility and minimizes our carbon footprint. An epicurean, a lover of tastes and flavours, who is betting that by reconnecting with their ecosystem, their terroir, these spirits will develop their own, unique character, and will offer new tastes and pleasures. The Domaine des Hautes Glaces is thus the result of an intimate belief: in a world with limited resources, the art of distillation must reinvent itself from the field to the bottle, for the happiness and future of all.
Westland American Whiskey - Westland Whiskey started in 2011 with a great vision to create American Single Malt whiskey that reflects the true colors of the Pacific Northwest region. Over ten years later, they continue to fill casks with single malt whiskey that isdistill in Seattle's SoDo neighborhood and aged mindfully in Washington State's Skagit Valley region.
