Ben Nevis 8 Year Old:Named 'The Rose & Crown' for one of the old James Eadie pubs, this beautiful bottling of Ben Nevis combines two 8-year-old casks, one ex-bourbon and one ex-Sherry. A perfect expression of the waxy fruits, tropical citrus and malty style of Ben Nevis, you won't find much better value than this cracking Small Batch.
Ben Nevis 9 Year Old: This James Eadie 2014 Ben Nevis 9-year-old spent the last 16 months of its maturation resting in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded 656 bottles at an exceptionally potent natural cask strength of 59.7%. Ben Nevis is a distillery much in vogue at the moment so this sherry-finished natural strength single cask will fly off the shelves.
Tamnavulin 10 Year Old Malaga Cask:The 10 year old Tamnavulin has been matured in a Malaga Cask giving it a deep, sweet profile. Another classy dram from the James Eadie range.
James Eadie 10 Year Old Highland Cask:Aged 11 Years, and from Teaninich Distillery. This has been finished in European Oak Malaga Hogsheads.
James Eadie 11 Year Old Speyside Cask: Aged 10 Years at Dailuaine Distillery, finished in European Oak Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads. Fragrant notes of rich plums, dark chocolate, and old leather. Velvety mouthfeel with juicy plums, nectarines, and hints of cinnamon and clove.
