Chase Distillery was founded in Herefordshire in 2008 and is behind some of England's most awarded potato Vodka, apple gin and various liqueuers.
Named for founder and local farmer William Chase, the idea for the distillery came about following a bumper crop of excess potatoes. Already supplying Tyrells crisps, Vodka seemed the next logical step. A state-of-the-art Copper distillery was built shortly after and Chase now produces an enviable collection of premium spirits.
