About the distillery

Established in 2014 as Dorset's first gin distillery, Conker Spirits are both coffee roasters and craft distillers.

Their range of Dorset Gins are produced in small batches on the south coast, using locally foraged botanicals to bring a taste of Dorset.

As well as gin, Conker Spirits also roast ethically sourced coffee, and have created an award winning coffee liqueur combining their passions for excellent coffee and top quality spirits.
