"A limited edition release from Campbeltown's Glen Scotia Distillery, featuring a 12-Year-Old unpeated Single Malt matured in 1st fill bourbon barrels before a  12 month finishing period in nutty, appley, Amontillado Sherry casks.

A warm, nutty dram with long lingering vanilla notes and a mildly dry finish. Subtle maritime nuances on the nose and palate transport you to Campbeltown, as if walking along on our harbour in winter."

About the distillery

The Glen Scotia Distillery was founded in 1832 by members of the Stewart and Galbraith families. At the time, Campbeltown was the capital of Scotch Whisky production, but today Glen Scotia remains one of only three active distilleries - the other two being Springbank and Glengyle - making Campbeltown the smallest distinct whisky region in Scotland.

A relatively small distillery still, Glen Scotia produces around 500,000L of whisky per year, both unpeated and peated in style. Their stunning range of whiskies accurately reflect the iconic Campbeltown style and impressive history in emphatic fashion. Indeed, in 2021 the Glen Scotia 25-Year-Old was named 'World's Best Whisky' at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
