A variation on the classic Jura 15 Year Old.
This bottle starts life in an ex-bourbon cask, then the distillery finishes the single malt in carefully selected manzanilla sherry butts. The influence of the sherry adds elegant and subtle notes of salty sea air, while fresh citrus and almonds on the nose give way to a well-balanced palate and a long finish.
