Oxford Heritage Rye Whisky 'The Graduate' Batch 004, 51.3%
Specially grown Rye was harvested in 2017 alongside natural growing wheat, fermented in Hungarian oak and distilled at The Oxford Artisan Distillery to produce this special Heritage Rye Whisky. This complex whisky has aniseed and peppery spice, banana bread, bramley apple, toasted almond and ginger cake aromas. The palate is bold, savoury and fruity, with blackcurrant and salted dark chocolate. There's a sourdough toasty smoke on the end, with roasted nuts and toffee.
