Iona MacPhie, the distiller behind this whisky and a member of the team since 2017, drew inspiration from autumn walks with her dogs through the hills surrounding her home. Crafted from unpeated Concerto barley with 10% Chocolate malt and matured in a combination of sherry butts and bourbon casks, this single malt offers rich notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, sweet raisins, and toasted oak.
Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring for the Distiller's Series, which celebrates the people shaping the distillery.
