Inspired by the sea, his fisherman father, and a lifelong love of rum, Niall Culbertson created this distinctive whisky. Distilled using lightly peated Concerto barley with 5% Brown Malt and 5% Dark Crystal malt, it was matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and refill rum barrels, delivering notes of tropical fruit, smoky campfire embers, and a fresh coastal breeze.
Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring for the Distiller's Series, which celebrates the people shaping the distillery.
