Torabhaig Signature Reserve Tokaj Finish- Single Malt from Skye, 59.3% ABV

This single cask release of Torabhaig is from a Hungarian Tokaj cask.  There are only 299 bottles in the world and we have 24 of them.

This richly layered whisky greets the nose with delicate smoke, briny freshness, and notes of brown sugar, cooked apple, marzipan, and toasted wood. On the palate, chewy dried fruits and apricot combine with clove and malty richness, finished with soft treacle sweetness and a gentle wisp of smoke. 

Bottled at 59.3% without chill-filtration or colouring.
