The Seale family's Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, with a legacy dating back to 1820, combines five generations of rum-making expertise with cutting-edge technology. Purchased and revitalised by Sir David Seale in 1996, the distillery now uses a state-of-the-art three-column vacuum still and modern pot still to craft a range of rums, including Doorly's and The Real McCoy. Known for its commitment to quality, Foursquare focuses on traditional production methods and long cask ageing, avoiding added sugars and flavourings to maintain the authenticity of its products.
