Hawkridge Gins are made in a pretty special method, creating a tea with botanicals which are then macerated in neutral grain spirit to gently extract the natural oils and delicate flavours. After a long two-day brew, it's then strained and added to the still where the stalwarts of gin (juniper, coriander and citrus) are already enjoying a good soak. Distillation takes place through botanicals like lemon verbena and mint held in infusion baskets to add that final touch of delicious freshness.
The result of this complex process is an exquisitely flavourful gin, presented in a beautiful bottle.
